What is the MilSim Paintball league?

MilSim is an orgnized paintball league for scenario team on team competition. It is a sports league format with a regular season, a regional playoff and a national championship.

When and where are the regular season events?

Each local field will schedule four regular season games between January and August. Your team will play against other local teams at your local field at these four events.

What happens at the end of the regular season?

At the end of the season, each field will have its own first and second place teams winning medals and local top team titles.

What about the Regional Playoffs?

At the end of the regular season, there is a Regional Playoff held in September where all the teams in your region compete for Regional titles, trophies and sponsorships.

Do you have to go to the Regionals if you join the league?

No, it’s not required. You can choose to compete only at your local league field for the local title (as many teams do).

How can my team get to the Nationals?

The winner of each Regional is invited to the National Championships held in October to compete for National titles, trophies and sponsorships. In this league, any team anywhere can get to a National level by starting off at their local field.

What kind of sponsorships can my team win?

The MilSim League has created the first and only Pro-Level Sponsorship for scenario teams where all costs are paid by the sponsor plus free gear! Read more about it here: Sponsorships

What kinds of games will my team play?

This is the newest, most exciting format to hit paintball. They are real scenario based, mission style games with multiple objectives where each player has a role. For more details, read: How To Play

What kind of stats do you track?

Our exclusive scoring system is able to track everything from what role you played, what objectives you completed, how many times you were shot and even how many kills you got for every game. All stats are posted online. Check out the League Database

How much does it cost and how do you join?

The membership fee to join is only $49. When you show up to an event, just pay the normal field fee like a regular day of paintball. Nothing extra. Go here for more details: How To Join

What if there’s no field near me?

You can fill out our Field Request Form and we’ll contact the field. Most of our fields have been signed up this way.

I don’t have a team but want to play?

If you would like to join a team, fill out our Recruiting Form and we’ll connect you directly with teams looking for players.

What is the MilSim Magazine?

It’s the first league exclusive paintball magazine due out April 2012.
